When you buy a villa in Wyee Point Lifestyle Community you will be granted a license to allow a right of residence in a particular villa during the term of the license agreement. You will not own the title to the property. You will enjoy full use of all Wyee Point Lifestyle Community amenities for as long as you choose to reside with us.
