After a few days of rain, the skies cleared just in time to welcome more than 300 visitors to Adventist Senior Living’s vibrant Autumn Carnival-themed stand at this year’s Grey Nomads event.
Our space came alive with colour, laughter, and community spirit. From gumboot throwing and ring toss to Jenga and Connect 4, there was no shortage of fun and friendly competition. Guests received tickets for each game played, which they later exchanged for prizes—adding an extra layer of excitement to an already joyful day.
But beyond the games and giveaways, it was the moments of connection that truly defined the experience. We heard stories, shared laughs, and had countless meaningful conversations that reminded us of why we do what we do.
