Fee For Service

If you do not wish to have an ACAT assessment Adventist Senior Living Home Care can provide tailored services at an agreed cost.

Home Care Package

You will need to be assessed by a member of an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to receive help at home through a Home Care Package. You may choose to do this yourself online by visiting the My Aged Care Website, or have our Home Care staff assist you in this application.

ACAT help you and your carers determine the kind of care that best meets your needs. A member of the team, which may include a doctor, nurse, social worker and/or other health professional, will meet with you to assess your needs and how well you are managing at home. They will identify the right services for you and the level of care you require. You will receive a letter from ACAT stating the types of subsidised services for which you have approval.
