On 4 November, our Alstonville and Tweed Heads communities came together to celebrate the incredible contributions of our staff during the Staff Recognition Award Ceremony. The event was well attended by both residents and team members, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere.

Awards were presented to staff for 5, 10, and 20 years of service, acknowledging their loyalty and commitment to Adventist Senior Living. We also congratulated team members who have recently completed studies, including Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing to Diplomas in Nursing—a fantastic achievement that reflects their dedication to professional growth.

A special acknowledgement goes to Donna Henson, who has been part of ASL for an outstanding 20 years. Donna’s dedication and service are truly inspiring, and we thank her for her remarkable contribution.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this celebration memorable. Your hard work and passion continue to make a difference every day!

Cooranbong’s Staff Recognition Afternoon Tea, held on 18 November, celebrated dedication and achievement. Team members were honoured for 5, 10, and 15 years of service, alongside those completing further study—from Certificate III in Support in Ageing to a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. A special mention to our service dog, Iggy who was recognised for his 10 years of service. The event highlighted commitment to excellence and lifelong learning within our workplace community.
