Wyee Point Lifestyle Community is perched alongside waterfront reserve on Lake Macquarie. Serene streets lined with spacious brick villas branch from the main entrance off Government Road. The clubhouse, pool, office and activities shed are all sited in the centre of the retirement village.
Caravan and boat parking can be found on the west side of Wyee Point Lifestyle Community – simply take a left turn at the roundabout, and it is located on your left.
Cobra Creek Loop Walk can be accessed by the entrance to the caravan area, just as the road curves to the right, or at the northeast corner of the grounds, in front of villas 103 and 104.

When you buy a villa at Wyee Point Lifestyle Community, you will be granted a license to allow a right of residence in a particular villa during the term of the license agreement. You will not own the title to the property.
You will enjoy full use of all amenities at the retirement village for as long as you choose to reside with us.
You can also make some alterations to the interior or exterior of your villa at your cost, once given approval by the Village Site Manager. When making alterations, you will have to abide with policies in place designed to protect the aesthetic quality and integrity of the Lifestyle Community.
You may reserve a villa with a $1,000 fully refundable deposit. Should you opt to customise your villa, your upfront deposit is increased to $5,000.
All residents pay a weekly recurring fee, which may vary slightly depending on the size of your villa.
Recurrent fees cover services such as maintenance of all buildings and villas, building insurance, gardening of common areas and lawn maintenance, council rates, garbage removal, water rates and usage.
Lake Munmorah Shopping Centre is only an eight-minute drive away. It has a variety of retail stores, including Woolworths, a fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy, bank, cafes and eateries.
There is also Woolworths and Coles supermarket and shopping centre located just ten minutes away in Morisset.
The closest local hospital is Wyong Hospital, eight kilometres (approximately 15 minutes) from Wyee Point Lifestyle Community.
Wyee Point Lifestyle Community is an independent living facility with no aged care facilities on site.
Subject to availability and an aged care assessment, residents with increased nursing needs do have access to our residential aged care facility located at Cooranbong (approximately a 15-minute drive away).
